Mr. Troy Heckenkemper serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Guidry & East, LLC and is responsible for the management of company operations, financial management and activities, corporate accounting, taxation, treasury, investments, financial planning, financial and regulatory reporting, internal audits and information services. Troy specializes in all financial aspects of the company and has experience in transplant operational and financial assessments of transplant programs, cost reports, feasibility studies, CMS systems improvement agreements (SIA), CMS CoP's, and Medicare organ acquisition financial audits. Literally born into the transplant arena, Troy has a vast array of knowledge throughout his upbringing from his father, Deedle. Troy originally did not set out to work in the transplant field, but the calling, bond, and close-knit community was too strong for him not to.
Mr. Heckenkemper has held various positions throughout his career in finance and has assisted in the startup of five businesses within the state of Arkansas before joining Guidry & East, LLC. He obtained his Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2005 and his Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Geology at the University of Arkansas in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Heckenkemper earned his Associate of Applied Sciences degree with a Criminal Justice emphasis from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Troy earned his private pilot’s license in 1999 and is also an ordained minister with Universal Life Church.
