We review the current total staffing for Transplant Centers and benchmark staff with other centers of like size. We also review the staff's pre-transplant time allocation, and benchmark for utilization, and organ acquisition cost recoveries.

Guidry & East has contracted to perform interim transplant management for the position of the Transplant Administrator of academic Medical Centers. We are available for short-term assignment, and have accepted assignments up to fourteen months. Interim Management will need to be discussed in great detail with the client to address a very specific list of the duties and responsibilities for Guidry & East to assign an interim Transplant Administrator for the Transplant Program.
